I’m doing the FullBar diet. My grandpa bought three months worth of bars for me without asking if I wanted them. So I promised him I would at least try it to see if it works. Last night I ate a bar 30 minutes before dinner with 8oz. of water like your supposed to and I still ate the same amount of food. I didn’t feel any fuller. Did this diet work for you?

I need to lose weight and quick for my birthday,so i figured buy these bars off ebay and replace them with my meals like the diet says and it should work,but you know diet bars,pills etc
i wanted to give it a try,HOWEVER it is very expensive ,and im a poor college student lol so i dont want to waste my time and money.. . .
PLEASE let me know if you or a friend have tried it,and how it went for them.. the good or bad..

Have you seen the commercial where a doctor claims if you eat his invention, a fullbar with a full glass of water, 30 min prior to your meal, you can lose a lot of weight?????

Wouldn’t it also work if you drank just a glass of water prior to your meal without the bar????

Sounds like a ripoff.

It has Been Experience, that Overweight people, for the Most Part, Know it, and Know Full Well What Needs to Be Done. Fullbar scam is a phrase that you see all over the web and we would like to take a moment to educate you on why you are seeing this in many places on the Internet.  Whatever you are searching the Internet for there are always people trying to get you to their website by attaching the phrase “scam” to their article.  What this does is that it attracts many people to the pages that they are competing for visitors.  You do not have to take our word for it as you will be able to see it over and over again across any product line and FullBar is by far, not an exception.  The purpose of this article is to enlighten you on why you will read not only why FullBar is a scam but why anything on the web can be called a scam.

To get an understanding of the Internet you must understand that it is really just one big selling machine.  Fullbar is really not an exception in any way, shape or form.  As with any product on the web it is the intention to sell you something.  The way to sell you something using the phrase “scam” works in one of the following ways.

Bait and switch:  More often than not the real intent is to tell the reader that the product is a scam all the while telling you that there is a better product out there.  The way it works is that the reader is baited into the site by the listing that FullBar is a scam.  The writer of the article never was interested in talking about Fullbar at all because their real intention was to just sell an alternate product.  The claim that FullBar was a scam was to lure you into the site with no other intention than selling you something else.  This is very common in the weight loss product circle and very much so with diet pills.

OutRight Lie: The opening salvo of the article will say that the product is a scam and somehow the entire premise of the article will be twisted full circle to get the reader to buy the product that was at first called a scam.  FullBar being a scam is by no means immune to this style of writing and we have seen this over and over again on products all across the Internet. Do not think that  FullBar being called  a “scam” is unique in anyway at all.  Test out what we say on any product of choice and you will see the results we speak about.  In closing we really just want to help explain our opinion and belief on what Fullbar is and if it a scam.

Where does FullBarInfo.com fit in?  Why did we write this article?  The reason is simple and the logic is sound, so just follow what we are saying.  Do we think that Fullbar is a scam?  No, we do not.  Do we think that Fullbar will help you lose weight?  Well, yes and no.  It really all depends on the person using the product and the outcome really will have no bearing on whether or not FullBar is, or is not a scam.

FullBar claims that it will help a person eat less food if you eat the bar with water 30 minutes before mealtime.  That is the claim, that is what it says it will do for you.  Nothing more and nothing less.  it is suggested that if you eat FullBar 30 minutes before mealtime with water you will not be as hungry at mealtime.  By not being as hungry, you will eat less food.  By eating less food you increase your chances of losing weight.  That is Fullbar, that is what it does and what it is supposed to do.  How can FullBar be a scam if that is what they say it will do?  How can a person NOT lose some of their appetite by eating food and drinking water?  FullBar is not a scam, it is an aid to help someone in weight loss, which leads us to our next point.

For FullBar to not be a “scam”, the most important thing a person can do is WANT to lose weight and then follow through with the actions needed to lose the weight.  If a person decides they want to lose weight and then does nothing to make it happen, then the lack of action is what causes the diet to fail.  Not the diet and the same logic applies to FullBar.  If you eat a FullBar and drink the water you are required and then go to an all you can eat buffet and gorge yourself WELL past the point of being full, then you are delusional if you think that anything will help you lose weight.

So, to answer the question of explaining if FullBar is a scam is really quite easy.  Fullbar can be whatever you want it to be in your life, if you are willing to make it happen.  If you are willing to try FullBar and make the honest effort to “listen” to your body tell you it has had enough to eat, and stop eating,  FullBar can help.  Is FullBar a scam?  No it is not, you just have to use FullBar as the tool it was meant to be used.
