There used to be a diet where you eat a peice of bread and drink a glass of water 1/2 hour before dinner . Same idea . Seems like it should work .
If that’s the one advertised on TV the little bit of research I did on it months ago was all negative…it didn’t work, and tasted like cardboard from the reviews I read.
Interesting concept but apparently it doesn’t do so well in reality.
