I love the process of eating. I love eating things and snacking for hours. My food intake does not depend on my level of hunger. It depends on how bored i am and how "in the mood" i am to eat. I swear i would eat until i was so stuffed i could explode. So if that sound like you, full bar wont work. If you eat because youre bored, and always keep eating after youre full, it wont work for you. okay heres why it wouldnt work for me:
