Does FullBar really work?

Have you seen the commercial where a doctor claims if you eat his invention, a fullbar with a full glass of water, 30 min prior to your meal, you can lose a lot of weight?????

Wouldn’t it also work if you drank just a glass of water prior to your meal without the bar????

Sounds like a ripoff.

RIPOFF!!! It is 140 calories. How does eating more help you loose weight? Furthermore it has the same ingredients as an oatmeal bar. The only reason it may work is because it curbs your appetite by using the 30minutes to register fullness to your brain. But even if that’s the case a plain granola bar will be just as effective.
