It has Been Experience, that Overweight people, for the Most Part, Know it, and Know Full Well What Needs to Be Done. Again, Not So Simple, e. g., I read an Abstract of a Paper, a Little While Back (I can’t Find it), Demonstrating a Connection Between High Calorie Foods and Addiction Behavior (Consistent With a "Homeostasis Model" of Addiction). The Problem With "Fullbar" is that it Greatly Simplifies a Complex Problem.
