Did Fullbars work for you? Did you lose weight?

I’m doing the FullBar diet. My grandpa bought three months worth of bars for me without asking if I wanted them. So I promised him I would at least try it to see if it works. Last night I ate a bar 30 minutes before dinner with 8oz. of water like your supposed to and I still ate the same amount of food. I didn’t feel any fuller. Did this diet work for you?
